Streamer season is still going strong even though smelt runs are over. No one is looking up yet so sinking lines are still a must when streamer fishing. Be patient with your streamer and fish all the water especially the deepest runs. Try stripping your streamer fast or slow. Try pumping your rod for good action. When you hook a fish remember what you were doing and repeat it. Lots of time fish want flies presented just so.
